At its core, this work is about learning how to see your health more clearly.
Most people are operating within a model of health that separates symptoms from context. As a result, they focus on managing individual issues without fully understanding what is driving them.
In our work, we slow that process down.
We look at how your body is responding to the conditions it lives in—your patterns of stress, your environment, your habits, your rhythms—and how those factors are interacting over time.
Nothing is looked at in isolation.
From there, the work becomes practical. You begin noticing patterns, making adjustments, and observing how your body responds.
It requires attention and honesty. Not perfection, but awareness.
You are not handed a solution. You begin to understand what is shaping your health and how your body is responding, so your decisions become more precise and more effective. -
Most approaches assume that if you apply the right inputs, you will get the right outcome.
Eat this way. Take this supplement. Follow this plan.
When that doesn’t work, the assumption is often that something more needs to be added or adjusted.
This work questions that entire premise.
Instead of asking, “What should we add?” we ask, “What is already shaping how your body is functioning?”
The focus shifts from intervention to understanding.
That shift matters, because without it, even well-intentioned interventions often miss the mark or fail to produce lasting change.
This is not about “doing more” but seeing more clearly.

Floreo is a health coaching and consulting practice, not a medical practice. I do not diagnose, treat, or provide medical advice.
This work focuses on helping you understand the broader patterns shaping your health—your lifestyle, nutrition, stress, environment, and daily habits—and how those factors influence how your body functions and feels.
Many clients come to this work after realizing that health is influenced by far more than what can be addressed in a brief clinical visit. Together, we explore those everyday conditions and how they interact over time.
This work often complements conventional medical care. Some clients continue working with their physicians while we work together, using this process to better understand their bodies and support more informed decisions.
Over time, clients develop a clearer sense of how their bodies respond to daily patterns. With that clarity, they are able to make more thoughtful choices and take a more active role in their health.
The goal is not to replace medical care, but to help you cultivate the conditions that allow your body to function, heal, and flourish.

A fixed plan assumes that the same inputs will produce the same outcome for everyone.
In reality, the same approach can produce very different results depending on the person and the conditions they are living in.
A protocol can be useful in certain contexts, but it is inherently limited.
This work prioritizes responsiveness over rigidity.
Instead of following a plan, you learn how to observe, interpret, and respond to what your body is doing in real time.
That is what allows for change that actually lasts.

There is no fixed number of sessions, but this work is most effective over time.
A minimum of four sessions is recommended to begin identifying patterns, building momentum, and making meaningful progress.
This is a cumulative process. It deepens as you begin to see patterns more clearly and make more intentional adjustments.

This work supports a wide range of people and situations.
Some come with a diagnosis. Others are navigating ongoing or unexplained symptoms. Some feel generally “off” without a clear reason, while others are looking to better understand and optimize their health.
What they tend to share is not a specific condition, but a common experience: they are doing many of the “right” things, yet still don’t feel healthy, and sense that there is more to understand.
Many arrive after trying different approaches that have not produced lasting results, or after realizing that their health cannot be fully explained by a single factor or isolated issue.
This work is best suited for those who are no longer looking for another quick solution, but want a clearer understanding of what is shaping their health and how their body is responding.
It requires curiosity, attention, and a willingness to engage in the process. Not perfection, but a readiness to look more closely, make thoughtful adjustments, and respond to what your body is showing you over time.

This work is not a good fit if you’re looking for a quick fix, a one-size-fits-all plan, or someone to tell you exactly what to do.
It may also not resonate if you’re not open to examining your habits, environment, and patterns more deeply.
This work requires active participation. At times, it can be challenging and even emotional—but that’s often where the most meaningful change begins.
