/ˈflɔː.re.oʊ/
Latin verb

I bloom · I blossom ·
I flourish · I prosper

Just as a flower flourishes when the conditions are right, so does health. It cannot be forced, hacked, or willed into existence. It is cultivated through the daily conditions that shape how we live, eat, move, think, rest, and relate to the world around us.

  • You're doing everything "right," but you still don't feel healthy.

  • Your energy is low, your thinking is foggy, and you can't remember the last time you felt consistently well.

  • You have a complicated relationship with food and eating. You're never sure what to eat or you struggle with cravings, restriction, overeating, or bingeing.

  • You struggle with your weight, your skin, your sleep, your cycle, or symptoms that don't seem to have a clear explanation.

  • Your labs come back "normal," but you don't feel normal.

  • You've been diagnosed with PCOS or another chronic condition and told your only option is to manage the symptoms.

  • You've tried the diets, workouts, supplements, and protocols. Some may have helped. But nothing has addressed the deeper question: Why is this happening in the first place?

Does this sound familiar:

If you nodded along, I get it.
Every one of those was me.

This isn't a discipline problem, a food problem, or an exercise problem. It's a gap in understanding how your body works, what it's trying to communicate, and what it takes to cultivate health.

What's keeping you from achieving optimal health may be the very same patterns that helped you succeed professionally.

The drive, resilience, and self-reliance that helped you build a successful career can also make it difficult to slow down, ask for support, and listen to what your body is trying to tell you.

That's the work I do.

About the Founder

Like many high-achieving women, I spent years approaching my health the same way I approached everything else: work harder, learn more, and figure it out myself. Despite eating well, exercising, and doing all the things I was supposed to do, I struggled with symptoms that didn't make sense. The more I searched for answers, the more I realized that health is far more nuanced and interconnected than I'd been led to believe.

My own journey led me down a path of extensive self-study, formal training, and a deep exploration of the many factors that influence health. What I discovered is that lasting health isn't about finding the perfect diet, supplement, or protocol. It's about understanding the bigger picture—how biology, environment, mindset, relationships, habits, and lived experiences all interact to shape how we feel.

Today, I help women connect those dots for themselves. Drawing on my experience as a former executive, my personal health journey, and years of education and research, I help high-achieving women better understand their bodies, reclaim agency over their health, and create a personalized path toward healing and flourishing.

What People Are Saying

  • What I appreciate most is that Kelly doesn't hand you a plan and send you on your way. She helps you understand yourself and that stays with you.

    — Anonymous client, 31

  • Honestly I was skeptical. I've tried everything. But Kelly has this way of connecting dots I didn't even know were related. I've had more progress after two sessions than two years on my own.

    — Anonymous client, 46

  • I came to Kelly overwhelmed by conflicting information about PCOS and years of trying things that may have helped a little but didn't cure me. The genetic testing was WILD and I can't even believe I had never heard of this before! I looked forward to our sessions because she has a cool, fun personality and I felt like she really saw me.
